Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services, programs, workshops, therapy sessions, trainings, and digital offerings provided by KNeer School of Mind & Spiritual Sciences (“KNeer”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling in or purchasing any service from KNeer, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Registration & Payments
All registrations for therapy sessions, workshops, trainings, courses, and programs are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified at the time of booking.
Payments may be made online or offline through approved payment methods.
2. Cancellation by the Participant
a. Therapy / Counseling / Healing Sessions
Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or non-attendance (“no-show”) will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling may be allowed once, subject to availability and prior notice.
b. Workshops, Trainings & Programs
Cancellation requests received 7 days or more before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund, after deduction of administrative and processing charges.
Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the program start date are non-refundable.
Once a workshop, training, or program has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
3. Digital Products & Online Programs
Fees paid for digital products, recorded sessions, downloadable materials, or online programs are non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been provided.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by KNeer School of Mind & Spiritual Sciences
KNeer School of Mind & Spiritual Sciences reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session, workshop, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to facilitator unavailability, minimum participant requirements, or force majeure events.
In such cases, participants will be offered either:
A rescheduled date, or
A credit for future programs, or
A refund, at the discretion of KNeer School of Mind & Spiritual Sciences.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
Payment gateway charges, bank fees, and administrative costs are non-refundable.
6. Transfer of Registration
Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by KNeer School of Mind & Spiritual Sciences
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for cancellation or refund due to medical emergencies or exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of valid supporting documentation may be required.
Approval in such cases is solely at the discretion of KNeer School of Mind & Spiritual Sciences.
8. No Guarantees Clause
KNeer School of Mind & Spiritual Sciences does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from therapy, healing, spiritual practices, or training programs.
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with perceived outcomes or personal expectations.
