Neerja R Handa is a trailblazing holistic healer and trainer, known for her deep intuitive wisdom, transformational programs, and soulful mentoring style. With over 16 years of experience in mind sciences and alternative healing, she has become a trusted guide for individuals seeking emotional clarity, spiritual growth, and authentic inner transformation.
A dynamic blend of discipline and compassion, Neerja R Handa’s journey is both inspiring and unconventional. After a 25-year career in the garment industry, working internationally to enhance external beauty, she answered a powerful inner calling — to shift her focus from outer appearances to inner healing. Thus began her spiritual and therapeutic journey into the realm of clinical hypnotherapy, regression therapy, and energy-based modalities.
Neerja R Handa believes that healing is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about reconnecting to what’s whole within. Her practice is rooted in compassion, spiritual science, and practical wisdom. As a mentor, she is deeply involved in each student’s or client’s transformation, guiding them through life’s complexities with grace and strength.
She is especially passionate about empowering women, supporting Narcissist survivors, and introducing scientific spiritual mentoring to the masses.

Her programs, especially her signature WOW (Words of Wisdom) series, draw monthly participation from seekers across continents.
She is also an Advisor to KPsych Services Pvt. Ltd., the Alternative Healing Centre (Kolkata), and several other spiritual and wellness organizations in India.
